Content on this Site is directed at individuals over the age of 18 and is not directed at children under the age of 16. Transfers to Countries Outside the EU.  Xencor is based in California. This means that we must transfer End Users’ Personal Information to the United States for processing. The Commission has not determined that the laws of the United States provide an adequate level of protection over personal data. However, we are committed by contract and in principle to upholding data privacy.
